Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Glimmer Grove (“the app”), published by Zamverse (“we”, “us”), handles when you play. We built the game to collect as little as possible. Most of what you do never leaves your device.
Information stored on your device
Your game progress (completed levels, coins, unlocked scenery, hints and settings such as sound and music) is saved in a file on your device. We do not run a game server and we do not upload this file. Uninstalling the app removes it.
Information we do not collect
- We do not ask you to create an account.
- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising
Glimmer Grove shows ads through Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, the ad network may collect and use your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information (such as device model, operating system version and app version) and approximate location derived from the IP address. This data is handled by the ad network under its own policy, not by us: How Google uses data in ads and the Google Privacy Policy.
Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom) we ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown, using Google's consent message. You can change your choice later from the game's settings when that option is shown. You can also reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation in your Android settings (Settings > Google > Ads, wording varies by device).
Purchases
Optional in-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play. We never see or store your payment card or billing details. We receive only confirmation that a purchase was completed so the item can be delivered to you.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, the app may remind you to come back and play. These reminders are scheduled on your device. You can turn them off at any time in your device settings.
Children
Glimmer Grove is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us at support@zamverse.com and we will take steps to delete it.
Your choices and rights
- Delete local game data by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it. See Data deletion.
- Manage ad personalisation in your device's Google settings.
- Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, UK or California) you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Because we do not hold personal data about you on our own servers, there is usually nothing to retrieve, but you can ask us at the address below.
Changes to this policy
If the app changes in a way that affects your data (for example by adding a new service), we will update this page and the “Last updated” date before the change takes effect.
